It was not a pleasant experience. We rented 4 rooms. The toilet in one of the rooms was plugged and we asked for a room change but it wasn’t offered. The staff actually offered us a plunger. We asked for extra towels because it wasn’t enough and they didn’t have any towels. We would not come back to this place. Stay away the reviews of this place is not what it’s supposed to be.

Unfortunately it seems like the hotel has stopped trying. Based on the amount of hair in the tub and bathroom floor, we assume the room was not cleaned. The bathroom sink was also faulty. There was one towel for our family of four so had to get towels from the front desk. The hallway also doesn't look like it's been cleaned in a long while. We will say that the beds and pillows were comfortable. Unfortunately would not recommend this hotel to others based on the cleanliness alone.

Do not recommend

I simply cannot fathom how other guests have such glowing reviews of this hotel. This was unfortunately very far from our experience. From the completely unbothered check-in person, to the piles of trash everywhere (I wish this was an exaggeration, the amount of loose trash and full garbage bags just lying around in the common areas throughout our stay was astounding), this hotel may be the most overrated and misrepresented I’ve ever experienced. Our room had such a foul smell, we had to go out and purchase a candle to even be able to stay in there, even after leaving the window open for hours. The room was far from clean, there were visible traces of unknown origin on the walls and surfaces, a loose bandage was left on the floor near one of the chairs, the ironing board was stained and the toilet seat had visible droplets of pee on it. It’s unbelievable to me that this hotel has such high marks for cleanliness, it was truly disgusting. The hotel does however have a few positive points, it’s easily accessible, the parking is free and it’s not far from shopping and restaurants.

Air conditioning and poor wifi

The personal is cold but helpfull They did not room service. The air conditioning was Mal functioning. The wifi signal is very bad. The price is not worthy. The only thing that was fine was the late check-out and the person who authorized that.
