Location is 15 minutes away from Old Quebec City. Easy to drive around. Free self parking at the property is available. The rooms are nice and clean. But Housekeeping is only every 2 days. And no proper toiletries like toothbrush or toothpaste were provided. We had to purchase from their in-house store. Otherwise the experience was very smooth and pleasant.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and was disappointed with the lack of hospitality. Upon arrival, I did not feel welcomed by the staff, who were not very kind or attentive. During our stay, we noticed that the closet mirror in our room was broken, which posed a safety hazard, especially with a child staying with us. We promptly notified the staff, but no action was taken to resolve the issue or ensure our room was safe. This lack of responsiveness and concern for guest safety left us quite frustrated. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

All the staff was very courteous and helpful all the time. The hotel cleanliness was my top priority (we cancelled another hotel in Downtown and reserved this one last minute because of cleaning issues reviews). This hotel exceeded our expectations in cleaning. Also, it is not located within walking distance to downtown but, it is only about 12-15 mins by Uber. We never used the car to go to Downtown anyway. Will consider staying there again. The facility looks pretty new and in great condition.
