Your basic modern clean hotel. Nothing over extravagant but there were a lot of amenities. However it's laid out like a hospital with endless corridors. The parking garage is horrendous and should be imploded and they should start again for cars that are normal size. I did not like the fact that my wife and I got locked in the stairwell and our access card could not let us back into the pool and we had to exit to another door. This was almost unforgivable.

Hotel location was very convenient and there were good restaurants around the premise. Parking payment is a bit confusing and it'd have been more helpful if there was a detailed explanation during check-in. Other than that, all in all good stay and highly recommended. Room view was not exactly impressive with office parking lot across was all there was to it. Made me wait quite a long while to check the condition of the room during check out... I wonder why?

Iy was a really good experience in this hotel for Christmas. Extra $25 for parking spot was very convenient and old Quebec sites are all walking distance.

This hotel managed to ruin a great holiday in Quebec, and upon arrival, we were given a room with an adjoining door to the next room. We arrived late and could see signs of a party finishing, but the following day, we were awoken by the next door being sick. Luckily, they left and then had to put up with morning noise from the building work nearby. Luckily, this only lasted a couple of hours each morning. The worst was to come. On our last day, we had an early flight, so we wanted to get to bed early, but early evening music started. We tried to sleep, but it just got louder. I complained at 11 p.m. and was told it would finish soon offed earplugs! At midnight, it was still going, and I went to the front office, and they said it would be going on until 1 a.m. This constant noise disrupted our sleep and made us feel exhausted for our early flight. I told them this was completely unacceptable. The party was on the ground floor, and we were on the 3rd floor, and all we could hear was a heavy bass sound vibrating the room.  The following day, on checkout, I asked for a night's compensation but would only pay $100. I was unhappy and will never stay at this hotel again, and no one should if they want a hotel that cares for its guests. Any excuse about it being near Christmas does not negate that they allowed this to happen. It is disappointing to note that the hotel seems to prioritize parties over the comfort of its guests, especially those who come to relax in what is suppos

Very comfortable & generously sized rooms that had space for a rollaway bed. Parking was secure, underground, heated and accessed via elevator. Spacious lobby with comfy couches, a wine dispenser and a coffee machine.
