The location was great for walking throughout old town . Lots of restaurant choices within minutes of hotel. Street was dirty with garbage left for days not picked up m, but that was not hotel fault. Restaurant on site was busy every night but we did not eat there . Staff at hotel were friendly and helpful . Valet parking pricing very reasonable in comparison to prices in Toronto. Room was comfortable and clean . Would stay again .

Wonderful property. Very very clean. Staff is amazing and the bed is the most comfortable I’ve ever encountered. Simply amazing. The TV options are very very limited though and no room service if those things matter to you. they did for me. Although there are many eating options within a block or two as the location is excellent. Right in the heart of old Quebec. This is a 9/10. Highly recommend

Great location , the entry way had a very steep staircase which you had to climb and carry your suitcases . There was no bellman available at our arrival . The cleaning service didn’t do our rooms until 4:45 - 5:15 when we wanted to relax before getting ready for dinner

Within the old city walls, Hotel Manoir Victoria is 1 minute from dozens of restaurants and shops in the upper city, and less than 10 minutes from the historic centre. The staff excelled at everything. A great hotel in a great city!

The superior room was well appointed and being able to open thw room window....a big plus. Staff were excellent and room service prompt. Parking at the hotel a little pricy but the 3 day bus pass much appreciated. We would stay again. The little convenience atore T the entrance....a lovely spot for speciality items...thank you. Was very nice, friendly staff,clean room, good restaurants nearby, all the activities at working distance. Its just that theres no smart tv in the room. But that would not be a problem if you bring your laptop and hdmi cable.

This property is not for those who are elderly or have issues doing steps. There are 20 steps to climb before you enter the lobby. There is another entrance but it goes through the restaurant in hotel and they do not want you to use this entrance or exit. For that reason I would not stay here again.
