The room was large, the staff was very nice. It was a family friendly atmosphere. The pool, sauna and cold plunge were wonderful. The hotel is in a great location.

Everything was wonderful. Clean room. Even had Nespresso pods for us! In walking distance to everything. The beds and pillows were comfy. They also have a mini fridge so you can keep food and drinks. Would stay here again!

Friendly staff. We had a 12 passenger van that could not park inside there garage, but the attendants were very helpful finding a garage around the corner. Rooms were spacious. Pool area was great

The hotel is in a great location for touring Old Quebec. Hotel is clean , rooms pleasant and staff friendly and helpful. Our room faced Rue St Jean and the pub across the street was a bit noisy at night.

The hotel is clean, and the gym and pool are very good. The location is excellent. However, the room has very poor sound insulation I could hear everything happening in the hallway and outside the room, which made it hard to sleep. The bed was also extremely small, even though there’s enough space in the room for a proper queen‑size bed.
