Staff were friendly, pool was great. Valet staff was quick and made accessing our car simple and efficient. My daughter enjoyed the buffet breakfast choices and made crepes each morning. Nespresso coffee in the room made a big difference when switching between travel modes.

We have stayed there multiple times and had an amazing experience everytime, in fact we brag about this hotel to our family and friends that we prefer it over the fairmont. That being said we booked a standard room which we normally book a suite but from the time we got there we seemed to be brushed off, the room was clean but the bed was horrible and the pillows were very hard. Then we tried to go for dinner and we got glanced at and smirked and said we were full which was obviously not the case. Probably because we were wearing our carhart sweaters for travel. The gym and facilities were as normal and great but overall this was a negative experience which is not the norm for this hotel

Room was great, very clean and tidy. Amenities great! Loved the pool and am being picky here but its soooooo slippery ...i watched 3 kids and 2 adults fall in my 4 days there lol. Just a bad tile choice but maybe warn people lol. I know pools are slippery but yours is somehow the most slipperiest ive ever walked on. Service great, friendly, loved the little gift shop downstairs. Cant go wrong here to be right downtown in this nice hotel!

The only issue is the parking. There are 160 rooms in this great hotel but only 61 parkings... you have to park your car at the Hospital parking lot, 1 street away...

This is not the grand hotel it once was. Stayed for 3 nights and could not get a dining reservation. No bar stools available without a reservation. No room service. No simple breakfast available, only a $39 average buffet breakfast. Parking is $35, plus tax, daily. We will try a different property next time.
