The hotel is in a great location for walking everywhere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We spent 3 nights there and having the continental breakfast available made for an easy start to the day. Great view from our room overlooking the park, Dufferin terrace and the St. Lawrence. Our room was very clean, modern and comfortable, as was the entire hotel. Highly recommend staying here!

Our room was small, and the shower/bathroom sink were all part of the bedroom. We thought that was a little odd. The room was very clean and the temperature was well controlled. The sheets and towels were not of good quality, which is just something that matters to me. The staff was very helpful at check-in. It's close to restaurants, a parking garage, Hotel Frontenac, and our walking tour starting point. Christmas markets were also walkable. Get a room with a view if you don't want to see an alley (I heard one guest complain about that.). I might shop around next time.

The location was fantastic, and a very nice view from the rooftop terrace. Very friendly and helpful desk staff. The breakfast is excellent; the woman attending the breakfast was very encouraging to try things and make sure you knew all the available offerings. The room was absolutely spotless.
