There are quite a number of hotels in the immediate area. Although my initial consideration was based solely on price, I discovered by reviewing the photos for this and adjacent properties that this particular hotel offered the cleanliness and security I prefer at an affordable cost. Together with the interior, on-site pool (with some rooms having balconies overlooking) and an excellent restaurant and bar, this was a good choice. Highly recommend!

I found this hotel enchanting! The decor is a post-modern take on a storybook castle. Very clean, friendly staff and the most beautiful pool I’ve ever seen! A nice fit for families or singles. Affordable and a mere 20 minute drive from the old city and other attractions. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

after driving 10 hours from Ontario on vacation with my two young children, the hotel informed us that they canceled our reservation when we arrived to check in at the hotel. The receptionist was rude and offered no assistance except to write down the names of some other hotels to check into on a piece of paper.

We didn’t particularly appreciate our stay. Our family was put in a room that basically in the basement. Our view was of a back alley and the ceiling were so low. Bathroom had no ventilation and was tiny. Very glad we only spent one night for the experience at this price.

Great hotel with terrible customer service
The hotel was beautiful, clean and very well presented, however customer service was extremely disappointing. When it was my turn in line, I did not even get greeted and was immediately met with a cold shoulder. The person helping me check in at the front desk would only respond with one word answers and no smile, just very stern. My wife and I felt extremely unwelcome here. While the stay itself was great, I wouldn’t come here again because of the customer service.
