Not worth the money
Not worth the money. Only 2 good things about this place are location and relatively friendly staff. Property is beat up and dirty. No exhaust fan in the bathrooms. No microwave in the room or the entire hotel. Coffee machine broken all the time. Paint chipping off the ceiling. Cracked bathroom sink. Spider webs. You can hear people from the room above and adjacent to your room. Not worth the exorbitant price.

The usual for our family hang out in Quebec City, when available. This time, to our pleasure, some new staff experienced that is actually polite and has manners ( no kidding!). By now we are used to parking a short walk away. Their beds, pillows, and linens are the best! The area is close to very unique ( arts, fur, antiques, vegan resto, etc.)and not so unique shopping. Don’t forget a fabulous riverfront that gives you almost European walking experience, but also access to a ferry which is a way to avoid all the traffic in Old Quebec on your way in or out.

This property is in an excellent location! It is close to the port, and also great access to both lower town and upper town. The staff at this hotel is excellent! I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service that we received while we were there. I will definitely be staying there again when I come back to Quebec city.

Clean and convenient location! We loved our junior suite. Lots to do and see around the area. There’s no parking (extra $) but there was always a spot on the street and a bigger parking lot about 2 mins walk away.
