I tried to email my suggestions without a response so I'm going public. Be sure to read the other reviews, and I assure you the pictures online don't tell the truth. If you're disabled keep in mind there's no elevator so you'll be carrying yourself and your luggage upstairs. The staff are very nice but they can't fix the mould, noise, etc. in our tiny dark cramped room. We snagged one of their $25 parking spots, and entered the hotel through the back door, amongst the bins. For the same price in Montreal we had an absolute palace.

Run down property. Dirty washroom with broken moldy tiles ac not working properly and the tv you have to pay for channels. Entrance for bringing the suitcases from the back among smelly garbage bins from restaurants. Nothing like the pictures they advertise. Next time I will search more not making the same mistake again. Nothing good about this property I can add. Hadi from Toronto we visited with wife and sons 13 to 15 of July 24. But expedia was great.

The location is perfect… a 10-minute walk to the Old Quebec entrance… a five-minute walk to the Parliament and city convention centre. This small vintage inn is right on the lively Grande-Allée restaurant strip, around the corner from les Plaines d’Abraham. Limited on-site parking is available on a first come-first served basis. Nearby convenient municipal parking is only a two-minute walk away. The street is front of hotel was closed to through-traffic, so we unloaded from the backyard parking area. The guest room had lovely high ceilings and spacious walk in closet and huge bathroom. The room was clean with two large windows overlooking the restaurant terrace (a Persian restaurant). The stairs to upper levels might be hard for people with limited mobility, but ground-level rooms can be requested. Hallway carpets were tidy, but there was lots of dust in corners. I highly recommend this ideal location with onsite parking. It’s a great value and gives you a feel for the vintage architecture that makes this city famous.

There was no parking available even though it advertises that it has it, and it is quite tough to find parking nearby. Staff is friendly and accommodating. None of the amenities in the room work: tv, coffee pot etc. the bed creaks a lot. Overall decent.

Unbearable noise. The rooms have no soundproofing and the club across the street blasts music until 1 am or later, even on nights they are closed. Seriously, the nightclub is not open on Tuesdays, they just have speakers outside blasting music for no reason. Even with earplugs in, it was impossible to sleep. The room itself was very pretty, the location is great, and the price was reasonable. The sofa bed in the suite was extremely uncomfortable, but that's almost to be expected. Regardless, the noise is unbearable. You might think it'll be okay and that you're a heavy sleeper, but trust me, you won't be able to. And if you plan to party until the wee hours, expect the street sweeper or garbage truck or general traffic to wake you up in the morning.

This was an older hotel and it was pretty basic, bedroom and bathroom. The water in the shower would go really hot for no reason. Since it’s an older building, you can hear people going up the stairs or if they drop something in the room, you can hear. I wish they put kleenex in the room. But overall, the place was okay and at a good location. Checking in and out were easy and the staff are friendly.

Great location if you want to be in a lively area and close to the old city - 5 minute walk. The only issue would be the climate control, it seems to be set to Automatic, if it’s Above temp it cools, the moment it falls below temp it starts to heat ??? Other than having to getup a few times to adjust them temp - highly recommended !

The only issue was there was no cleaning of the room, no replacement coffe and condiments and one used roll of toilet paper so we had to ask for these things and also fresh towels. On the other hand, staff were very friendly and helpful if added.. overall good experience and thank you for making our stay there safe and enjoyable.
