Property location was beautiful; wonderful view of Lake Annecy with easy, walkable access to the lake, nearby park and old town Annecy. Staff were attentive and very professional. Wonderful stay!

This hotel is absolutely first class. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with a beautiful view of the grounds and lake, and a chilled bottle of wine and snacks waiting on the table. The staff are so kind and respectful. The hour at the spa was quiet and relaxing, perfect after a long day of traveling.

What more can be said than this hotel sits on the most beautiful lake in the world. Lake Annecy and this whole region is absolutely at the very top of my long list of great spots.

We had wonderful stay at this gorgeous property and the staff was wonderful. A special mention to Marjorie in Reception! She was so friendly and so helpful and welcoming! Also Yann I believe who was working in the dining area was so gracious!!! We can't wait to go back!!!

A bit slow getting our room ready but staff was helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was good with delicious pastries. Did not have dinner but food seemed a bit overpriced. Gorgeous piece of property and a short ride into the town center.

My wife and I are absolutely in love with this place and the wonderful staff. We are planning to visit again. There was a big festival when we were in town and lots most everything was closed so we stayed in one day and it was the best! Food, spa, and relaxation. This place reminded us how silly it is to pick an Airbnb over a full service hotel. Nothing beats around the clock care and service. Big thank you to everyone at the hotel.

Wonderful hotel. Amazing views! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Reception for organising balloons and a delicious cake for my daughter’s birthday. Will definitely be going back. I would say that service in the hip bar on the terrace could be slow sometimes. Staff don’t often make eye contact and concentrate more on refreshing tables even when not busy. This was frustrating. Unfortunately, there is a beach bar (Le pop) very close to the hotel which had very loud booming music which wasn't in keeping with the area. I think it was a special event. We had to keep our balcony doors closed on a beautiful sunny day. Other days were not too bad. We will check their website before we book next time. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful place not far from the old Annecy. We had a beautiful room with a view on the lake and we highly recommend it. We also rented bikes from the hotel to bike around the entire lake. We will go back for sure. High five to Remy and Elise for their excellent service!

Great hotel
Very pleasant hotel with great views from our room Complementary bottle of wine in the room and bottled water. Dinner seevice was slow one of the evenings but there were a lot of people eating and too few waiting staff.
