Chef, reception staff and owner went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. Generous size ensuite room with fabulous outlook and balcony. Warm and cosy and totally appropriate to prepare for and then recover from the Tongariro crossing (hot tub) and to explore Ruapehu. We'll be back for a week next time.

The facility was immaculate and well kept. All amenities were modernized. The bed was extremely comfortable, all necessities were taken care of. Will at the desk was awesome and gave me some good suggestions for dinner. I certainly would return.

Great location to visit the park and do the Tongariro Alpine hike.

Everything was perfect, communication was informative and efficient, we could have asked for better experience, thanks so very much.
