Sadly, we were very disappointed in this Hampton Inn. The carpets were dirty, smelly, and in poor condition. The furniture was owed and worn out. The refrigerator microwave did not work. Thermostat was difficult to regulate. The worst part was the terrible smell.

Staff was excellent from what I saw, but facility is old and in need of renovations. 4 of 5 ice machines were broken, and I did see a roach in the hallway, though luckily my actual room seemed clean enough, and I never saw any in the room itself. Very convenient to the hospital and associated medical facilities, but if you can spring for something nicer, I’d say do it.

When we arrived, there were no luggage carts available, even when the attendant tried to find some. The panel in one elevator was completely detached, and the first floor button had been punched in, so we couldn't use it to go down to the lobby. There were stains on the carpet and drapes; our floor's ice machine was broken, as was the machine in our room; some paneling in the room was broken. The staff were extremely nice and they had someone there fixing the elevator in less than 12 hours. The complimentary breakfast was edible.

The room smelled very fresh and was clean. It was spacious and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. It was in a convenient location near some places that I planned to go while visiting the area. I enjoyed the pool, it was well maintained. I would stay at this property again.
