Do NOT bring Family Pets they will be very NOT Pet

It was a devastating stay, we were there for dance competitions, we had guest coming in and out. It was pet friendly and we were advised that our pets were being a disturbance I was plced on the wrong floor, they called me and said some pretty unprofessional things the manager was very condescending, not professional at all. Cleanliness was unacceptable, the power went out , that was the final straw. We left.

The hotel itself was beautiful however my room had a lot of malfunctions. My room blew nothing but HOT AIR. The toilet seat in the bathroom was hanging off. If it wasn’t so late when I retrieved back to my room I would have requested a room change but instead I checked out at 7am. I could not take it anymore

The service is horrible the hotel is run down and not taken care of. The breakfast was terrible as well. I was told the manager down graded me since I booked through a third party. I had to ask to be changed to the room I paid for. I would never go back!
