This hotel hasn’t been updated in years! I expected better from Hilton. It was just shy of being labeled a dump - tattered carpet, lights falling from the walls, dirt in every corner. I’ll never stay here again.

I paid for single bed with a sofa in the room. When I got there, Mary the guest server at the front desk assigned me a wrong room. A room with 2 beds with dirty sheets. When I called the front desk from the room no one picked up the phone. When I came down and spoke to someone else (guest server) that’s when the person said I paid for a single room with a sofa and provided me with the room I paid for and the room was decent. The lady called Mary at the front desk was not friendly at all and should not receiving customers. She knows nothing about customer service. The hotel need to change her position or provide more training to her.

My room was torn apart when I returned. I think the staff didn't realize that I was staying 2 nights? They accommodated to change my room. There were other very load guests and parties in the hotel Saturday night--the common areas weren't as clean, but my particular room was clean and quiet. I slept well once it was sorted out.

This can’t be the Hilton - call Paris Quick!
The internet was down. The TV had no guide. Not even a free morning coffee. This was the old Nickel and Dime. Shuffle. My earbuds which work at home wouldn’t connect to the gym equipment. No one answered the phone at the front desk when we called to cancel the second half of our stay due to the impending tropical storm. The door to our room didn’t close and lock without a forceful tug and the second key to our room didn’t work! Other than it was perfect! Kidding!!
