I loved shuttle service to/from the airport, comfy bed, shelf for electric hair grooming next to large mirror, good breakfast, etc. Your hotel was designed well for comfort and easy access for travellers. Very impressed.

The lady at the front desk was lovely. She was dealing with several people who arrived at the same time. She moved quickly, was pleasant, and was helpful. When someone arrived and couldn’t figure out if it was the right Holiday Inn Express, she was reassuring and helped him get things figured out.
