Love this hotel. Such a nice big room which was clean and had very a really comfortable bed/pillows. It was also very quiet..we were up on the 6th floor. Breakfast was very good (and included). Super easy parking. This hotel is my new go to place to stay when visiting my son in Raleigh.

Great accommodations.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean, laid out well. Hotel manager was very attentive, helpful and visible. Minor criticism is bar didn’t have but one menu.

Very nice hotel. The only issue I have with Hyatt Place is the charge of $15 a day that won't get credited back to you account for 3-5 days. I find this unacceptable and will not stay at another Hyatt Place because of it.
