The property was nice, but cleanliness was an issues. The carpet in the room had many many stains. It made it uncomfortably to walk in the room without shoes or socks on. The towels and sheets had stains as well, not to say they weren’t clean, but were tired looking. I had a bit higher expectations and was disappointed.

Disappointed that after calling several times to get hotel rooms next to each other as we have 7 people in our family we were separated by 2 floors. Both rooms had water damage in the bathrooms. The staff were courteous and the breakfast was great for our group of 5 kids.

Staff was polite but not very informative or helpful. We had elevator and smoke alarm maintenance during our stay in the building. A sign on our door said perhaps they would enter our room, even if occupied! But when I asked at the front desk what does that mean they just said probably won't happen and the sign was one they use every year...then 2 days later whole hotel was awakened at 6:30 am by smoke alarms...no explanation ever given when we were allowed to re enter hotel. Location was great off freeway, close to airport, gas, and McDonald's. Room was basic but overall clean enough.
