The room Was very clean, staff was very professional and courteous. Very close To hospital. Parking garage is about 100 yards away if you can’t walk long distances, this is not a good Choice. Otherwise, the food, rooms and service are excellent.

This was our first stay at the JB Duke and we loved it. The room was very comfortable, everything was renovated and well-maintained, the lobby was cozy and gorgeous, and we loved the free coffee in the morning and the pet-friendly atmosphere! Oh, and free parking! We've already booked our next stay.

There was no guidance on how to get onto the wifi. There were several potential options. It was trial and error finding the right one. FOR THE SECOND TIME I'VE STAYED THERE, I REQUESTED AN EMAIL RECEIPT AND DID NOT GET ONE. THE FIRST TIME WAS IN NOVEMBER 2024. I STAYED THERE MOST RECENTLY DECEMBER 16-17, AND AS OF DECEMBER 20, HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RECEIPT. LOUSY SERVICE.
