Very nice Hotel that had very clean a nice room, with very friendly Desk staff and from time I checked in they always talked to me and asked how was my Day. The only issue was it had a small parking lot but I noticed trucks with Trailers were parking in the SAMS CLUB parking lot that tied into the hotel parking lot. Breakfast was the same as other quality inn I have stayed at except they did have very good frozen breakfast sandwiches to put in microwave to heat and wished they all did this. Neighborhood was a little shady so be sure to lock up and if you’re like me, I carry.

Unacceptable

As we pulled in at 9pm, there was a man begging at the turn into Quality Inn. When we checked in we were told there wasn’t a working elevator. The entrance had an old smell and shabby appearance. In the room, there was also a bad smell and the room was hot and stuffy with no AC on. The bed spreads were stained. The chair in the room had a big stain. We decided we couldn’t stay here. We didn’t feel safe and the dirty, shabby appearance made the hotel beyond disappointing. We’re trying to get our money back for the second night.

Won’t stay here again

Air conditioners barely worked, lightbulbs were very dim so you could barely see anything in your room (probably on purpose so you couldn’t see how dirty it was), the entire third floor smelled of mildew and the air just felt damp, the elevator made terrible metallic grinding noises and I was terrified to go on it. There was a large stain on my mattress that appeared to be dried blood. The stairwell had all the doors propped open with various objects (lamp, footstool, balled up towels). The door needed to be slammed or it wouldn’t lock, same with the refrigerator. I’m glad I was working for most of the weekend so I didn’t have to stay here much and I ended up checking out early so I wouldn’t have to be there any longer than I had to. At least I didn’t find bedbugs tho
