The room was spotless, the amenities cool my grandson said especially the Wifi. Every staff member we met helpful and like meeting old friends. I especially appreciated everyone being so attentive to my grandson. He does love to talk and ask questions. Thank you!

Elevator has been broken for several weeks. My room was on 3rd floor. Staff was not polite. Had cockroachs everywhere and continental breakfast consisted of tiny mini muffins that's it. Hotel should be shut down. Smelled of marijuana company constantly

Fairly clean room. The bracket to hold the hand held shower head was broken. Breakfast was a joke, only store bought mini muffins, orange and apple juice and coffee, not a full breakfast. Did find a roach the last night we were there. We were originally assigned a room on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not working. It had been out for awhile and it was not on the website.
