I booked this room for me and another person. That person got there before I did and they would not let them check in. When I got there, I immediately felt unsafe because of all the loitering going on in the parking lot. There was only one person working the front desk and the wait to check in was incredibly long, even at 10pm. The elevator was broken, but this was not noted anywhere during the booking process. There was refusal to give any lower floor than 4th. Due to medical conditions, the person staying with me could not climb four flights of stairs. I tried to cancel the reservation due to this, but was told they would only cancel one night, not both-even though the negligence was on their part.

Super 8 is Super 8. But this location does everything they can to make your stay as accommodating as possible. The maids are here and attentive during the day and management is actively changing, cleaning, painting, etc. The bathrooms are clean. Room itself is just older. Decent lighting. Beds are okay. Vending Ice Microwave available. Located at a decent section of Capital.

Terrible do not recommend

No continental breakfast, stale old muffins, the hallway smells like urine. Old carpet. The ac doesn't work even when it's on in the 50s it blow hot air. One of the office staff personnel is nosy, broken elevator, police always at the hotel. Do not recommend. Do not stay there, rooms extra on the small side.

I waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check in and I called the number 3 times and the call was never answered. The elevator was out of service The stairwell and hallway were dirty but my room was clean. The area had individuals loitering and at night a private security officer patrolled. The breakfast consisted of mini muffins and coffee. I will not stay here again

It is a location that I recommend to any traveler. A clean and modern room awaits you. Staff is very engaging, and if you need anything, they can accommodate you Near most of your favorite eateries and in a great location.

The breakfast was crappy. Walmart mini muffins next to pictures of fine pastries. Coffee was good though. Staff was wonderful. All needs and requests for change of room and broken chair were addressed by wonderful staff folk. Clean room and soft bed. I will stay there again.
