AC kept resetting to 75 every few hours. The place was not clean at all. The man at the front desk was great, the woman who context implied was a manager was dismissive and honestly it came across rude. Overall, decent place for the money, but the experience was not executed well.

Stay was very average. Wi-fi was not working. The room didnt have any bar soap. There was no iron in the room either. It took couple of reminders to get the missing items from front desk. Last but not the least, the elevator was out of order when checking out, so had to carry lagguage down the stairs. Would look for another place to stay next time.

Smoking smell is a turn off
The lobby and elevator smelled like someone had been smoking cigarettes, with heavy chemical smell mixed in to try and cover the smoking small. Don’t remember this being the case the last two times we stayed there

I was truly expecting a great stay, but I was very disappointed when I learned that I had to pay an additional $100 for a security deposit that I still have not received. The facilities were okay, but the staff was rarely there to answer questions. I will not be staying at this location again.

This stay was very comfortable for my family and I only con was that there was animal smell in the elevator and hallways and lots of dog hair absolutely everywhere but Staff was super nice and the location was great.
