The priority itself was nice however, my room was not. There was lots of dog fur everywhere. On the furniture and floor. I asked for a vacuum however when I moved a chair, I saw pet treats! There were clipped fingernails on the floor, hair in the towels! Just very unsanitary! Damien was very nice and super patient. He offered to switch my room or comp it.
Staff was very kinds and attentive.
Place was clean and comfortable.
I would recommend this hotel.
We were in Raleigh for the Hurricanes hockey game at Lenovo …our only complaint is that the description on Expedia states hotel is a 19 min walk to Lenovo when it’s actually about a 19 min drive.
The property is great for someone. Modern with all the needed space and amenities. But I hated it.
First the room was not at all thoroughly cleaned. The toilet bowl was gross. I arrived late and only staying for a few hours so I didn’t even bother asking for another room after I had already undressed. Maybe that was a one off and they typically clean better.
I hated the showerhead. It had strong pressure but the stream’s only setting was harsh and uncomfortable. Kinda like a pressure washer.
I HATED the bed. It was very loud and creaky with any bit of movement. And the frame was so light that it was sliding across the hard wood floor.
I would not stay again, but as stated. It’s perfect for someone.
Room was not ready. At 6 pm. I had called to confirm week before. Needed handicapped accessible room. Had to wait an hr to get them to clean it. It was not Vacuumed—crumbs on rugs —food on floor around couch. No soap or toiletries.
The wine glasses n other dishes were not clean.
Had to wash everything before I used it.
Room was large enough and halls were wide enough for walker n wheelchair.
Walmart across street made buying groceries easy. Pet friendly.
No maid service unless you stay longer than a week.
Although we arrived late in the day to check in, the service was great and so was the property. Our room was immaculate and we wished we could’ve stayed longer. Next time definitely will do
Property was fine,upon checking in, was told would be charged temporarily $100 for incident costs,….later two charges were put on my card totally over $500.
The next morning, I spoke with Damien who was great! I would give him 10 stars! He explained what had happened, and noted he would get it cleared up and there would be no additional charges.
