Hotel was nice room was clean has a mini fridge and coffee maker, iron and hair dryer and plenty of bath towels. Breakfast area was big they have variety of options. My family and I were happy.. The only thing I recommend to shampoo the carpet in the room, other than that everything was good.

When we arrived there was noone at counter to check us in around 6:00 PM. We waited there with another guest for 15 minutes before anyone showed up. The room was quiet, bed was okay, walls and door in bathroom looked like it could use some touch up paint.

I will not be booking at this hotel again. The most pleasant part of this trip was the employee who checked us in and out. Yes, it was the same person. The blood on my sheets was the first thing that grossed me out. The second thing was the dirty carpet and antiquated couch/sleeper sofa. The final straw was the dismissive behavior shown by the front desk employee who I placed my complaint with regarding the soiled sheets. On a scale of 1-10 I give this hotel a three.

The hotel itself was clean and a convenient location. Staff was not very pleasant. Simply gave room key and said nothing else. We had to ask where elevator was. There was no hand sanitizer at elevator on first floor the entire time we were there. We told front desk after arrival but never refilled.

We booked a room for a quick trip for a conference. I was in a car wreck the day of check in but wasn't able to cancel the reservation or get at least some portion of our money back. I understand business but I'm sure the hotel profited double by booking that same room and charging the occupants. The hotel said I couldn't cancel through them but with Expedia but that failed as well. That's my only complaint. All other bookings have gone well. This was a very rare unfortunate and costly situation!

The room was clean and well furnished. The front attendance on arrival was brand new to the area and could not answer any questions about questions about the city. She was abrupt with her answers, but tried to courteous.

We had a super experience! Everything was A from the time we checked in until check out! Bed was extremely comfortable. Continental breakfast was delicious and had many choices. The lady ( wish I remembered her name)at the front desk at checkout was a ray of sunshine. She was so friendly and personable. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the Raleigh area.
