Very friendly place. The rooms are nice and clean. The bathroom is large and very clean. We did not like to have to climb into the tub to take our shower, but that’s a detail. Breakfast is great. All the people around were amazingly friendly

Everything at InSense was great. We loved the room, it was BIG, well equipped, the Jacuzzi was amazing, it was clean , pleasant and very well maintained. But there's one thing which was really outstanding and it's the staff. Everyone who took care of us was smiling all the time, every small request was answered immediately. They were all very welcoming and made our stay amazing !

The place is amazing. Very comfortable, friendly staff and nice location. The heater is powered by gas, and unfortunately for us, it ran out in the middle of the night. The counter is closed after 7 so there was no staff left, and calling on the phones provided where futile since no-one was around to man the phone. Fortunately, they are responsive on the email and they sent a technician down to fix it within 2 hours. Breakfast was amazing! Totally recommend this place.

Interesting location in Spice route area worth exploring. Overall condition was good but a couple of annoying small problems. Hot tub was a great addition. Manager was very responsive. Breakfast was fantastic and generous. Internet was spotty.

Naomi + staff were amazing. I am so impressed with the quality of this hotel. I loved the hot tub in the winter time. Would highly recommend. Going to the crater was easy here. Also the tea rooom is amazing. Can’t say enough good things.

Unusual setting, very large loft room, with a gas burning stove for those cold desert nights! The restaurant that is part of the hotel was great as was the staff who went out of their way to make our stay great

Stayed in Room 5 in an adjacent hangar. Felt like an apartment. Very comfortable. Had a vegan breakfast which was included in the price of the room. Walked from Hotel to crater to walk on part of the path with incredible views. No taxis in town. Recommend the InnSense hotel and Deep Dive Jeep tour too.

A great restaurant with friendly, funky hotel
InnSense is fantastic restaurant with some wonderful, funky rooms attached. The rooms are carved out of warehouse. Beds, shower, patio, and hot tub are first rate. The room is comfortable and everything works, but shows some wear. The owners are new or have limited budgets, so they used non-commercial grade appointments (furniture, shelves, drapes, sliding door, etc.) and it wearing out fast. The shower has 1/2 glass wall & is open, so not so private. Toilet has its own door. The location is great and the people are warm, friendly, and open to everyone. For the price, it was first rate value especially if you want lots of space. I do highly recommend it.

Mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de douche qui persista durant tout le séjour. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre que nous avions. Petit-déjeuner uniquement à partir de 8h30!!! Et restaurant à éviter..... Rapport qualité-prix on est loin du compte !

Immer wieder gern
Das Inn Sense ist etwas anders. Bei drei Aufenthalten waren wir zweimal zum Übernachten dort und einmal zum frühstücken. Wir sind immer wieder gern dort. Zwar kann man nicht aus den hochgelegenen Fenspschauen, doch bei der Einrichtung hat man sich Gedanken gemacht, wie es doch sehr schön und gemütlich einrichten kann, so ein Kamin mit Glasfront, freistehende Badewanne und gutes Bett. Das Restaurant serviert sehr leckeres Essen. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Dankeschön!

Na natte start, zonnig fijn comfortabel hotel
De eerste nacht bleek dat de afvoer in de badkamer verstopt was. Het water liep bijna de woonkamer in. De volgende dag verhuisde we na een vergelijkbare dure comfortabele suite mer jakuzi buiten. Decadent en heerlijk. De voor ons dure kamer, 3 nachten 648 dollar, hadden we last minute geboekt omdat we graag naar krater Ramon wilde. Het hotel is goed, ontbijt en restaurant heerlijk eten. Personeel vriendelijk, service goed. We kregen vanwege overlast 15% korting voor 1e nacht en betaalden 615 dollar.
