The room was spotless,the staff was courteous but the house keepers are very annoying.When i travel from the great,busy,New York city and visit trinidad,my sweet home country i want to relax and get up late.The sign is on the door and these house keepers still keep knocking and calling on the phone asking if you need room service.I reported it and it still keep happening.Omg that was very disappointing but other than that my stay was beautifully and wonderfully spent.

The room was spotless. The only issue I had was the 2 glasses in the bathroom were dirty. I never use them but I check everything. It was never changed. Other than that, I like the upgrades to the lobby area and a convenient sixt car rental section.
