This hotel was everything we were looking for. Let’s start with an amazing location for visiting moraine and lake Louise. Absolutely perfect. The hotel provides an excellent shuttle service which is on time and very convenient. Room was well appointed and had everything we need. One small gripe was that there was an annoying tapping sound from the pipes I think but after long days we got over it. Well equipped kitchen and restaurants did take outs which suited us. Overall an exceptional stay with super helpful staff. Highly recommend
Nice location with beautiful flower garden& gazebo table areas room aircondion was not working right it was a little warm to sleep & noisy with fan sound all night bothered me to sleep well.
A nice inn in Banff National Park. Close to the Lake as per the name, great dining options and in a nice central location to go to B.C., Banff townsite or up the Icefields.

Two nice restaurants on site. Close to the village and visitors center. When we checked in they said we had been upgraded to queen beds and a room overlooking the indoor pool. That is not an upgrade in my eyes. Our room was very, very dated, and right next to a noisy ice machine. Made us wonder where our original room was. My understanding is that one of their buildings has been renovated. I would only stay there again if we were guaranteed one of the updated rooms, as the room we were given had worn out furnishings, and not worth the price we paid.
First of all, try to get a room in building 5. It's new and has an elevator. And laundry. Second, if you are considering coming to Banff National Park, skip Banff altogether or just drive through. The only place to stay is up at Lake Louise and the only place to stay (unless you are made of $) is the Lake Louise Inn. Skip Glacier Park in the U.S. and head straight up to Lake Louise. Drive up to Athabasca glacier. Have lunch at the Fairmont. Take the shuttle bus to and from the Fairmont. Parking over there is impossible and valet is over $50! The Inn has very good food and bonus gourmet pizza!
For the price of this hotel, we were expecting alot more. $550 a night for the smallest motel room with 2 double beds. Ground floor room is not really ground floor, still had to go up a half flight of stairs. Door barely closed and could see the gap to the outside. No A/C and a window about 10x10 to let in fresh air. But also bc its a motel style you had to keep blinds and curtains closed since everyone on your floor is walking by and can see directly into your room. They also charge a "resort" fee, as if the $550/night isnt enough to accomodate having wifi. Breakfast also not included and for the cheap fee of $21/person you can get a continental breakfast. Again the price of the room should reflect the amenities you get, but not at this hotel.
The bed skirt had what looked like blood spatter on it. The tv is about a 27" screen. Definitely not worth the price paid.
Stayed here for 3 nights to explore lake Louise and Banff. Hotel check in was seamless, and the room was great.
Didn't use many of the hotel amenities other than the complimentary bikes which were lovely.
The room was clean, beds were comfy, and the shower was good.
Location was great if you want to be closer to Lake louise. With a rental car, getting around and parking was no problem as long as you arrive early.
