Having lemon cucumber water, coffee, hot water and cookies in the lobby was a nice touch. The breakfast was great, esp the one guy working there. He was very attentive. The room was probably the most disappointing I've ever felt out of all rooms and I've stayed in. As soon as I walked in, there was a cut out piece of a carpet that was light colored and stained brown with use. Either remove that cut out piece of carpet or replace it so the dirt isn't visible.
The drain in the bathtub kept closing, leaving me standing in dirty water when showering. The shower was too strong and aimed toward the back of the bathtub, making it the most uncomfortable shower in history. Plus to get warm water, you had to turn the knob to the hottest position. The TV kept going out on us. The bed was very lumpy and I could feel the coils as I laid and it slumped in the middle. But it was still comfortable. The ottoman could not be placed in a good position when the sofa bed was out. The hot kettle had rust build up so didn't feel comfortable using it. For the amount that we paid, it was probably the worst use of money for a stay. I understand it is in a very convenient area, thus the high price but at least have everything working properly. We only had one hand towel and two wash rags for the three of us. And there was no phone in the room so we had to run to the lobby to report it. Everything just seemed like it was working on its last leg.
