Clean and modern rooms, great indoor hot tub and friendly staff. The hotel is very convenient to walk to Sampson Mall to pick up shuttles. My only disappointment was the breakfast, which was not good. However, it's a quick walk across to the Mall for coffee and breakfast. Besides that, I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

The front desk people were very nice. The room we had was quite large. Complaint was that they were unable to accommodate an early check in. It was actually 4:04 before we got the key to our room. Maybe more flexibility on check in could be considered

A great place to base yourself to visit Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. Easy access to the hiking trail up to Lake Louise and super close to the shuttle bus pick up for Moraine Lake at Samson Mall.

The staff was exceptionally attentive. The front desk helped us with dining suggestions and navigating to Lake Louise. They also assisted with getting our bags up and down from out room. The rooms are very clean and modern and the location is very convenient.

Wonderful place to stay. The only issue was that the only way to go to breakfast was downstairs. My parents are handicapped and were unable to go. However, even though there was a sign to not take food, I asked for to go boxes and they allowed us to fix them food and take it to them.
