Overall, the stay was fine, and what we needed, a place for the night. The rooms were very clean and uncluttered. No body wash and very little toilet paper, and only enough coffee for one cup each. We hoped for two. Being Xmas, the office had shorter hours, so we were unable to get more of the amenities. Walls and floors are thin (upstairs neighbors were loud late into the night) but the bed was comfy. Again, basic room for decent price. Could use some attention to detail in the amenities. Would stay again, all things considered.

Showed up at 7:45 the office was closed called the property because an email was never sent giving me a code for late arrival we were on the phone on hold for over an hour at 10:15 I decided to get another room somewhere else… Terrible customer service!! I will never book another room with them again!!!

Our room when we arrived was not cleaned from previous guest. Mistakes happen and they fixed it immediately by changing our room and even upgraded us to a suite. Fantastic service! Unfortunately the new room had bugs, NOT bed bugs but just general bugs. Some beetles, lots of beetles. We killed them and it was fine but they could use an exterminator. Everything else was fine, cute newly redone rooms, and good service.

The two room suite was spacious and comfortable, as described. However, the location is a bit less desirable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, we did find roaches in the room even though the rooms were clean.

Cute and modern, the Taos Motor Lodge has been carefully restored and is very welcoming. However, it is located on the far south side of town, making it a bit of a journey into the heart of Taos. Most rooms gave the highway, so light and noise also creep in, but over all, a good value for Taos.

Sparkling clean, comfortable bed. On the highway at the end of town. Put the climate control on “constant fan” for white noise. Bring an eye shade of light bothers you. Travel with a power strip. Our room had only one outlet on one side of the bed. Had to charge phones and watches across the room. Friendly staff, modern decor. Keurig, micro fridge and microwave in the spacious room.

I appreciated a door separating the two beds to offer a degree of privacy and quiet for a good night's sleep. The second bed is in the kitchen near the bathroom. The exit sign was very bright and needed to be covered to get any sleep. The service handling financial transactions and check-in was frustrating.

At 8:30pm, hotel called us I guess to confirm we were still coming even though the website states that the office is open until 10pm. We checked in at 9pm after which the clerk promptly closed the office. We needed a little ice but that was in the closed office. Also only decaf in our room and we couldn't get regular because the clerk left early. We went to a gas station for coffee at 5am. The water pressure was low, taking a long time to rinse hair. The beds are low to ground. It wasn't a bad stay but the clerk leaving early impacted this review.

This is a nice little motel that is close to everything in Taos - of course, Taos is a small place! It was clean and quiet and had a nice bed and modern styling. One caveat, it would be better if there was another place in the bathroom to hang clothes, like maybe a hook on the door. But that is a small thing. Overall it was a good room in a nice quiet motel.

Disorganized
They didn’t have the airstream I booked, specifically so I’d have a kitchen. Apparently the people before me didn’t check out. The hotel seemed very disorganized. They offered to reimburse me for my stay, if I wanted to go somewhere else. There was nothing available in Taos, so I had to stay with them. I didn’t stay the second night, asked to reimbursed for that night and I never heard back from them. However, the people at the front desk were very nice and the room they put me in was very cute, just not the one I had planned on.
