The breakfast was a little cold (the potatoes ), and the room was a little chilly. I am severely anemic and I get cold really quickly so I prefer the room temperature to be at 76 degrees it was definitely never above 70. The staff was amazing which was the highlight of the trip.

I enjoyed the stay but I think the living room furniture could use a upgrade the back of the cushions were ripped and need bigger trash cans in the rooms with extra trash bags

On website, was told that there would be an in-room game console however this was not the case. Upon watching TV, the system was not working, and maintenance had to be called. The lobby smelled of chorine more than it should have. I had a constant migraine while on the property. The breakfast was not up to par. Eggs and potatoes did not taste good, barely editable. Bacon was dry and over cooked. There were also stains on the carpet in my room. For the pull-out bed, there was no blankets or pillows. The bar was fantastic. Staff was personable and friendly.

Thenroom was outdated. The rug was a bit musky but the room was clean enough. The entire hotel is beautifully designed but horribly outdated. Needs a freshen upnoverall. I did appreciate the free ride to the airport.

Housekeeping staff couldn’t even speak English so when I asked for new towels the guy kept saying No Hablo ingles! So I had to walk down to the front desk to get new towels and ask for someone to come to the room and do their daily cleaning. I also had my key cards locked out after returning after leaving for several hours because the front desk said the system re arranged things and it took over 15 minutes for them to fix my key cards and ensure the system had my room reservation.

The hotel has easy access to I-40. The staff are friendly, the evening reception is i great way to wind down, and the made to order omelet makes breakfast great!
