I requested an item from front desk that was never received. I was asked how to be accommodated and when I provided answer for a special delivery of breakfast it was declined. So I never received any complimentary accommodations for that or for the fact that it was extremely noisy at night. Children running for most of the night. I would like to receive something on my next stay

The room was substandard the bed should have been replaced at least 5 years ago you would think for the price of the room it would at least be of this century .. The staff was very friendly and helpful but the hotel needs much improvement it is not like any other Embassy suites I've ever stayed in before it seems like the first ever and is stuck in that time period!

The 2 room suite was comfortable, the free happy hour was a surprise and the breakfast was one of the best we have had in a hotel. However, the $10 parking fee was a unpleasant surprise!
