Check in process was excellent desk attendant very attentive and courteous. Unfortunately, the reason for the low rating is how poorly the room was taken care of for cleanliness. The first thing I noticed when entering the room was dust and dirt grime all over the couch second to that when rolling our bags across the floor lots of dirt and grit on the floor, met with a somewhat wet dog odor smell. Third was a filthy gritty feeling all over the counters in the kitchen and table, cupboards covered with dirty finger prints, microwave smeared with food grime, crumbs all around coffee maker and around clean cups. In the bathroom all 3 dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, bath wash were empty and were never refilled through our stay. Sink in the bathroom had a very slow drain needed maintenance. The problems didn't end there.

I enjoyed my stay, however, the breakfast wasn’t too great and we were put by a extremely noisy group who didn’t respect the quiet time hours and were yelling and screaming and banging stuff around the entire night. Overall was great other than that

Trash from the trashcan was still in the room when we got there. Clean the corners i the bathroom. The tub was slick. Whatever ya'll are cleaning with is dangerous when its wet. The coffee downstairs was good. Breakfast was scant; no selection and bland.

The staff was very friendly. But the rooms could definitely use some updates. The towels were very small and scratchy. The blinds were hard to open and close. There were lightbulbs missing. There was hardly any light in the bathroom. But it was inexpensive. It just looked a lot nicer in the pictures than it didn’t in person.

The rooms were disgusting dirty all 3 rooms the floors have never been cleaned!! Plus several couples sat in the lobby waiting for over an hour for the front desk clerk to check in but no staff to be found so they came out to see if we knew where they were or what to do we tried helping the people but our hands were tied because no one could find the front desk clerk then he all of a sudden shows up to figure out they over booked so these poor people who had been waiting way over an hour did not have a room then later that evening we realized the guy with female in back parking lot where dumpster is located he had been back there working on a vehicle his hers who knows I know one thing he wasn’t at the front desk checking in customers. The coffee area was always a mess no creamers stocked garbage can overflowing just very dirty area the whole place was dirty then they leave an envelope to have you tip your housekeeper which never once entered our room we stayed 3 nights 4 days what a joke!! The outside is very deceiving!! So our the pictures online so be prepared if you stay there the bottom of your feet from your room will be dirty it’s disgusting!!
