Our home has a large open kitchen, two living room areas, 55-inch smart TV in each living room, and plenty of cozy space for everyone! Welcome to your spacious, centrally located retreat in Rapid City! This home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with a huge yard featuring a firepit, propane fire table, outdoor dining table, and patio chairs—ideal for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Fire up the propane grill to cook your favorite meals, and unwind after a day of exploring.

Inside, you'll find a bright and open living space with fast Wi-Fi, a 55" smart TV in the living room, and an 8-person dining table perfect for family or group meals. For entertainment, we’ve provided a selection of board games for fun nights in.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern stainless-steel appliances, along with cups, plates, bowls, mugs, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils to make meal prep a breeze.

We prioritize your comfort with premium, 100% cotton sheets and thick, soft towels. The home also includes a washer and dryer, complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating for year-round comfort.

Parking is free on the premises, and cleanliness is our top priority. We ensure all floors are mopped, carpets vacuumed, surfaces scrubbed, and bedding washed (including quilts and shams) between each guest to maintain the highest standards.

The primary renter is REQUIRED to SIGN the Renter's Agreement before checking in. This document comprehensively outlines the rules, policies, and terms governing your stay with us. By signing, you acknowledge and commit to adhering to these regulations throughout your tenure at our property.

Cancellation policy:
We offer free cancellation or 100% refund amount of payable if you cancel 30 days before check-in date. If canceling, we will charge a 20% processing fee (to cover credit card processing and administrative fees).

Additional rules

1. If any issues arise during your stay, it’s essential to communicate with us promptly. Good communication between the guest and host is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful stay. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we reach out to resolve an issue. In certain situations, we may need to send our case manager to review the situation in person to fully address any concerns.

2. It is a "must" to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies.

3. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved

4. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the
neighbors.

5. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If
there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200.

6. For noise complaints:
6.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out.
6.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.

7. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning.

8. Follow state laws when using fire pit. Please make sure not to leave fires unattended.

Follow all check-out procedures:
1. Take out all trash

2. Wash dishes/start dishwasher


Note:
* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the couches, pet hair on furniture/beds ). All damages will also be charged to guest.

* Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out guest will be charged $200.

* Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you.
