Was as expected, clean, comfortable beds. We would likely stay again if in the area. Only complaint was that we couldn't get the curtains to stay 100 percent closed so it was not all the way dark, with bright parking/street lights.

Our stay at the Staybridge Suites Rapid City - Rushmore, an IHG Hotel, was absolutely fantastic! The hotel provided everything we could have hoped for during our visit to Rapid City. The suites were spacious, beautifully clean, and equipped with all the comforts of home, making our stay feel extra special. The jacuzzi tub located near the pool was the best on our 4 state visit. One of the highlights of our stay was Doug, who managed the kitchen. He went above and beyond each day, making sure the breakfast was always fresh, well-stocked, and delicious. Doug’s warm and friendly approach created such a welcoming atmosphere, and his attention to detail made the morning experience exceptional. The location was ideal for exploring Rapid City and the Black Hills area, and the staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had a wonderful stay. We highly recommend the Staybridge Suites Rapid City - Rushmore for anyone visiting the area; it will be the right hotel with a team that genuinely cares about their guests!

Excellent accommodations

Our second stay at Staybridge Suites and it did not disappoint. Excellent accommodations, clean, well-appointed suites. The best hotel breakfast buffet we've seen in recent years. We didn't have the opportunity to take part in the evening "happy hours" with food and drink. But think it's a great option if you don't have dinner plans elsewhere. Highly recommend.
