Warm night in Sibiu!
The room was a bit warm and the only way to cool it off was to open the window and occasionally you would hear a plane landed or take off.

Poor Customer Service
The staff (middle age man) shown not friendly and no smiling during check in. I got the small corner room which window placed near the rooftop, I do not mind just 1 night stay with small room. However, we can’t open the window to let cold air in and end up caused stuffy. I am from South East Asia need cold but not hot in the room. I requested to have remote control on the aircon but was rejected by the front desk. Answer from him is now not winter but Autumn. Therefore with no choice I requested to change the room, I explained to him I do not need heater but need cold air from outside, he was reluctant but agreed my request. Hotel is nice, breakfast is very good, room is comfort but poor customer service

Nice hotel on walking distance(15minutes) to citycentre. Renovated clean rooms with very small bathroom. Helpfull staff at reception. Perfect breakfast.

Nice wooded area at edge of town
A little hard to find and about a mile from the old town but quite nice. There was a dangerous sharp edge on the patio window sill we cut ourselves on and they didn’t seem too interested when we reported it. Other than that it was fine.

Comfortable Hotel Outside City Center
The hotel is away from the center of the city so a car is needed, but it is located next to a very nice local park. The front desk and breakfast staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Driving in Romania
Nice clean hotel in excellent location, walking distance to city center. Covered dedicated parking, free, makes a big difference. Price very competitive. I would recommend it and stay there again. It is not a 5 star hotel and does not advertise itself as one, but it is an excellent choice with no negative issues at all.
