Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The beds were comfortable but that was it.
•The bath towel over the bathtub was full of rust like dye marks all over it. Housekeeping should never use a towel looking like that.
•Coating in bathtub had peeling marks and shower curtain was not clean looking.
•During the night I noticed the AC unit was dripping water onto carpet.
•The included hot breakfast that morning had burnt potatoes and found hair in the eggs.
Did complain the next morning to the front desk but they told me to contact the third party I booked through which was Expedia.
Due to road trip travels and expected events, I wasn’t able to call Expedia until about 5 days later. Expedia did call the hotel for a refund but the hotel said they had nothing to offer because it was 5 days later.
What difference does that make when I told them about the issues in the morning of check out.
Was also disappointed in Expedia for not offering a refund for the room, only points was offered in the amount of $ 39.69.
Expedia should not be representing a hotel like this.
It’s better to book rooms directly with hotel to avoid these problems.
