We loved everything in this place. Reseptionists Amazing! The receptionist who check us in at night, helped us carring up the stairs the baggage, since my husband walks with the cane. The receptionist that was there during the day was also very kind and professional. The restaurant is affordable and you can have fun eat good food and then go back to your room. Our room. Was lake view and we absolutely love it. The place is clean and safe. The atmosphere is calm also. The breakfast was fresh and good food. You have chance to drink free coffee in the lobby 24/7. The parking is also safe. We will surely be back next time.

The hotel is a bit run-down, but it has been updated to some extent. Beautiful scenery. The restaurant/club food was very good, Service was slow, but we were not going anywhere. There was music and activities nightly. Breakfast was continuous and good. Major problem..... no grab bars in the shower or bathroom. And the maid service never showed up for 5 days.. I requested no stairs; our room had 2 stairs in the hallway to get to the room. The room was definitely not ADA-compliant. Plenty of parking, however, only 1 disability spot. Only 15 mins to Salem, which is why we were there. So, overall pretty good deal for Halloween in Salem, Mass.

This is a really fun place in my opinion; cool furnishings, great staff and the food from the connected restaurant was fantastic. I have no idea why this place isn't rated better or why some people made poor comments; it is a more inexpensive place, so you can't expect high end amenities, so I'm giving it the credit it is due for what is is. I would absolutley stay there again and recommend it. If you want a bigger room and more "stuff" then go pay more money for it! The only minor suggestion I have is to replace pillows; mine were a bit too flat for my taste....but other than that, nice place!

Lighting in rooms was poor; the window shades were inadequate; there were no blankets; no safety bars in tub; refrigerator did not work; no paper or pen in room; breakfast was cold, muffins were stale, juice was like tang, no fresh fruit, dinner menu was very limited so we did not eat in the restaurant.

Probably the worst place I've ever stayed. I spent 4 consecutive nights here, the wifi never worked, the TV service was constantly interrupted when the weather was perfect outside, the staff does not clean the rooms until you check out, same sheets the entire stay and trash is never cleaned out of your room until you check out, the rooms are extremely outdated, and thats just inside your room. Outside your room, there seems to be a nightly party in the parking lot right outside your window and no one ever clears these people that just linger and have shouting matches. They have a dining room for breakfast and dinner, but its only on select days. I could go on but I'd rater forget this Inn altogether.
