Hotel muito bem localizado em Boa viagem. Quarto limpo, tudo novinho. Funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã excelente. Só não dou nota 10 porque cobrar 16 reais em um chocolate(um bis com oreo) achei surreal. Fora isso, foi tudo excelente.

A estadia foi razoável. O banho deixou a desejar. A água em temperatura instável é muito desagradável . À noite é quente em demasia, difícil de regular no mono comando do chuveiro. Pela manhã fria. Totalmente fria. A cama de casal também não nos agradou. Pedimos camas separadas para minha filha e eu, por e-mail. Quando fizemos o check in foi nos dito que era uma cama “queen” mas era de casal. E, pior, o lençol estava sujo de sangue. Pedimos uma água mineral à noite e não fomos atendidas. Somente pela manhã que vimos que a água mineral está envasadas em lata. Quando informamos que não tínhamos água no frigobar, em vez de simplesmente não trazer, poderiam ter informado como é apresentada a água no frigobar - ou seja, em lata… O atendimento no restaurante é muito bom e a comida lá servida é deliciosa. Nesse item o hotel nos agradou muito.

Hotel excelente e já me hospedei várias vezes. Estacionamento fácil e o restaurante tem pratos maravilhosos, com preço excelente tendo em vista outros lugares onde estive. Mas um problema que tive dessa vez foi com a água quente. Era intermitente, mas várias vezes o banho estava frio

We arrived after 3 and even though check in is at 2, the receptionist informed us that our room was not ready and when asked when it would be ready, she said she has no idea, which was very disappointing because we had a meeting to attend and could not put our suitcases in our room. So we asked her to call the housekeeper to see how long it was going to take, but she refused to ask the housekeeper and seemed bothered that we would ask this. She made a rude comment, saying that she could only answer our question about when the room would be ready if she was the one cleaning the room. After asking for a manager, she finally asked another attendant to give us our room
