Hotel is getting a little tired. Air conditioner just barely worked, couldnt keep the room below 20.. Hotel was very busy for the long weekend so the elevator wait was long. Showed up at 4 for check in but couldnt get into my room until 25 minutes later. Room needs a refresh and could use more electrical outlets theres only 1 by the desk and 1 by the bed

Overall everything was great, the proximity to the beach and restaurants is really ideal. Suites itself were clean. The one complaint would be the pool wasn’t open in the mornings due to it being cleaned. My son went down numerous times during our stay to go in the pool in the morning ( around 8 one day and 9 next ) and both days it was being serviced until after 10 am. Everywhere states pool Opens at 6 am so he was disappointed in that. Overall good stay.

Love the property and location. Everyone is sooo friendly. Need to work on the breakfast service. Was really busy and everything kept running out. The lady working that area was not friendly at all and seemed to get annoyed with people being in the way. The set up of where the waffle maker is dies not work well as it’s hard to access the drinks in that area. Other than that, everything else was great!!

For the second year in a row the pool was closed for our entire stay. Very disappointing ! We specifically booked this hotel for the pool so that the kids have something to do at night. They should be at least giving us a discount for not having their advertised services available.
