The carpets are dirty and stained in the bedroom, the bed coverings are clearly stained and to our most horrifying surprise when we pulled back the covers to examine the sheets there was hair and toe linen all throughout both queen beds. The beds had clearly not had the sheets changed as they were wrinkled, and you could literally see where bodies have been laying. The mattresses are garbage, and when you sit on the side of them prepared to slide off the bed. I would never stay here again, and I only chose this hotel as it was entirely booked elsewhere in red deer on this night.
