Hot tub water was not clean. We got in it around 5 pm and there was a lot of " stuff" floating on the water. Dead skin or something. I have a hot tub at home so I know what it should look like. Wondering if filters, etc. are being properly maintained.

Enjoyed Our Getaway

We enjoyed our stay! We didn't realize there was a small kitchen included. We loved the unique rooms. The only difficulty we had was determining the heating / cooling unit on the wall! My wife felt that the outside of the restaurant could use some work, as far as landscaping or flowers being planted around the property. When we come back, we will probably try and stay there again. The staff were nice and accomodating.

This property has been remodeled and while the outside looks like a very interesting 1960s facility, the inside is really great. One of the nicest rooms we've stayed in and sometime.

Chateau Rouge -NICE condos

Staff was nice. The pool/hot tub was nice. The room was not the one i picked online. The bed was hard. The key to the front door was hard to open. There was a can behind the nightstand. The curtains in the main room didnt close. I liked having parking right by my room. I liked having a later checkout. I asked for an early check in and staff said that wouldnt be a problem but i didnt need it.

Service staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was nice. The unit we stayed in was clean but could use a little TLC on the cosmetic side (note that this isn't a 4 or 5 star resort. Couple of bleach stains on carpet, some mismatched paint repair, etc. Place suited needs and room price equaled the accommodations that were provided.
