Even though the staff was GREAT, the room was out dated. The carpet was stained, the plugs on the light switch didn't work. The tissue fixture in the bathroom was hanging off the wall.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had a double queen room that was clean and spacious, with a living room, balcony and partial ocean view. Only wished the bedroom and living room were flipped so the bedroom was away from the entry and hallway noise. The hotel location is great being on the beach and plenty of shopping and restaurants.

The hotel provided an excellent stay with staff who genuinely cared about the guest experience and the upkeep of the property. Our room was meticulously clean, the beds were comfortable, and the oceanfront view was stunning. Although the building is a little dated, ongoing renovations will hopefully improve it. My main complaint was the effectiveness of the toilets, often requiring multiple flushes. Convenient parking was a bonus, and I would happily return for another stay.
