Relaxing 2 BR/2 BA Condo with 2 Porches & Pool

Have a relaxing vacation in our beautiful, quiet, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with 2 porches that overlook the serene woods surrounding Munchy Branch Creek.

This condo is in a standalone building, in the Creekwood Development on Rt 1, just minutes from the beach and from tax-free shopping at the outlets. The boardwalk is a short 5-10 minute drive, the condo is about 3 miles from the beach.

The master bedroom includes a queen sized bed, TV, and DVD player, with a porch that looks over the woods. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a day bed with pull out trundle - sleeps 4 people.

We also provide Wi-Fi for your convenience.

The living room has a flat screen television and Blu-Ray+DVD player and has a screened in porch with a view of the woods surrounding Munchy Branch Creek.

We provide you with comforters and pillows for each bedroom. Just bring your own linens and towels. There is a washer and dryer available in the condo.

In summer, there is typically access to the pool unless there are any state/local COVID restrictions.

For families with small children we have toys, books and DVDs available in the condo.

A $200 security deposit is required at time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of your check-out date.

Please note that we typically only accept reservations for week long stays during late June, July and August, with a Saturday arrival, although in some cases we will do shorter stays. When we will, we have adjusted the rates/pricing accordingly so that you can book.

Before we accept your booking, we will request a copy of your government issued identification (as described in our rental policy), which you can send as soon as you book it. We check messages frequently and turn this around quickly.
