Wouldn't have a clue!
We never got to stay in this property because one hour before we were due to check in, we received a message from the owners telling us that our booking had been cancelled because there was 'a bug in our tool'!?!? The owner even put the phone down on me when I called to try to find out what was going on. A 45mins phone call to Vrbo still couldn't resolve our situation. They too called the owners and were told it was because of bed bugs!!! Seriously?!?! We suffered an extreme amount of stress and anxiety trying to sort the situation after a very long 6 hour drive and were very disappointed that the end of our holiday had to end like this. Vrbo were unable to secure us with an emergency hotel (we sorted this ourselves) and all I can hope is that they offer us a full compensation for their poor service and lack of adequate solution and the owners of the property in Reims are penalised for their appalling behaviour; cancelling a booking one hour before arrival is totally unacceptable.

The apartment itself is in the absolute center of tow; next to Norte Dame and across from Galleries Lafayettes. Ideally located. The apartment is spacious and is comfortable. It’s well designed and an easy stay. However there are 4 flights of steep winding stairs and it’s impossible me to carry luggage up. We left ours in the garage and took out only what we needed. The door code changed late afternoon if our first day and we couldn’t enter. We tried calling for support but it wasn’t until a neighbor came by that she shared the code was very recently changed that we were able to enter. Also the AC did not work. Great apartment, mediocre support and difficult stirs and access.

Stay in Reims
This was a wonderful location in Reims! It is in the middle of town square and is close to restaurants, shopping and the train station! This apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator. Be prepared to carry your luggage up the three flights of stairs. Overall, the place was great and we would stay there again!

Perfect spot in Reims
We had a great stay at Aurelien's place. The apartment is perfectly located in the city center, walkable to everything you need. It's spacious and beautifully designed. I was worried it would be too hot in the top floor but we didn't even need to use the AC. Linen sheets aren't for everyone but the beds are very comfortable. The apartment comes equipped with built in alarm clocks from the church nearby. 😉 If we're ever back in Reims we would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Aurelien!

Locatie fantastisch. Hartje centrum. Apartement is ruim en leuk ingericht. Service was niet goed. Geen mail over inchecken en na 2x telefoneren pas juiste codes voor de woning. Mails kwamen dag na vertrek! Kleed en vloer niet schoon: kruimels en hondenharen. Bovendien 1 bed half opgemaakt.

Direi in generale molto positiva, solo l atrio del palazzo a piano terra pare davvero poco invitante, molto maltrattato, ma l appartamento in se è molto carino e ben tenuto. Posizione ottima in zona pedonale. Parking a 15 minuti , a pagamento.

- Zugangscode leider nur per EMail und nicht wie versprochen per SMS. - Küchen- und Bad- Ausrüstung sehr dürftig: lediglich ein Badetuch, keine Handtücher, überhaupt keine Abwasch-, Abtrock- und Handtücher in der Küche - Schlafzimmer auf der einen Seite sehr laut Allgemeiner Eindruck zufriedenstellend - wir haben schon eine bessere Unterkunft bei FEWO erlebt, z.B. in Hamburg.

Très bien installé (confort et géographie)
Nous y avons passé 1 nuit pour le nouvel an entre amis. Le lieu est spécieux, bien décoré, propre, fonctionnel. Le gérant est très réactif et la système d'entrée et sortie par un code permet d'être autonome sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ. Le système demande un peu de lecture et compréhension pour l'utiliser mais rien de bien méchant. Lit confortable juste les coussins un peu petit et plat. Cuisine fonctionnel et suffisamment équipée pour se faire un repas et petit déjeuner. L'emplacement est top ! En plein centre ville. il faut juste trouver à sa garer plus loin. Vraiment très bien nous recommandons !

Excellent appartement très bien situé géographiquement dans l'hyper-centre de Reims, on trouve tout.
Nous avons passé 5 jours en famille dans cet grand appart magique, dans l'hyper-centre de Reims. Très propre et spacieux, grande cuisine bien aménagée. Je vous le recommande, nous reviendrons. Tout était parfait, j'aurais juste souhaité avoir un drap sur le lit, au lieu d'un drap housse en dessous de la couette. Seul bémol la télé ne fonctionnait pas, et mes ados n'étaient pas contents. Attention c'est 3ème étage sans ascenseur, au cas ou vous aurez des grosses valises.
