Undercover parking, property is set back from the street by quite a bit so you don't hear traffic. The BBQ area between ours and the adjacent rooms was superb, clean, well lit and very convenient. Would absolutely stay again.

We came over for the crap friendzy and was close enough to walk to the river with the kids. The room was huge had plenty of facilities to use and was generally clean
