Renmark River Villas No 52 - "The Bellagrove Villa"

RENMARK RIVER VILLAS - Four holiday villas located next to one another. "The Edna Villa" (no 48) and "The Potter Villa" (No 50) were built in 2015 and have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people in each. "The Bellagrove Villa" (No 52) and "The Rosa Villa" (No 54) were built in 2023 and have 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people in each. Situated only 40 metres from the river and owner-operated houseboat accommodation Boats and Bedzzz, all only a 5 min stroll to the town centre. Fully self-contained, reverse cycle a/c and undercover alfresco area with bbq, overlooking the private rear yard. Villas 50, 52 and 54 each have their own private inground pool and if catering for a large group between villas, we provide easy gate access between the villas. Secure parking for 2 cars and/or boat in some of the villas.

PLEASE NOTE: A booking for 2 people allows use of one master bedroom and ensuite (with shower, toilet, bath and vanity). If an extra bedroom and second bathroom (with shower, vanity, bath and toilet) is required for the second person, an extra charge of $70/night is payable direct to owner/operator. We will only set up the number of bedrooms for the number of people staying in the villa. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 and second bathroom will be locked if not required/paid for.

King and queen bed can be split into single at an additional cost of $50 per king or queen bed. A single trundle bed can also added to each of the two queen bedroom at an additional cost of $50 per bed (p.s. trundle bed cannot set up when the queen bed split into single).

Security bond - we will also make contact with you to get credit card details to do a bond/ preauthorisation for a security bond of $450, to be processed on the day of arrival. If there are no damages or extra cleaning required upon your departure, the bond hold will automatically release after 5-7 business days.
