Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor, with a surface area of 48 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers, it comprises a fitted kitchen, a large living room, a bedroom and a shower room. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, and the beds are made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!

Appartement très bien situé dans le centre ville de Rennes, proche du centre historique et des principales activités de visite. Rue très passante donc très bruyant car mal isolé. Salle d'eau trop petite, il manque une porte à la douche pour éviter de mettre de l'eau partout et un porte serviette. Les eaux usées des canalisations remontent dans la douche si l'on fait tourner la machine à laver. Un four dans la cuisine serait un plus.

Un joli appartement en plein centre de Rennes
L’appartement est très sympa, la décoration soignée et les espaces agréables. L’emplacement, à 1min à pied de la bouche de métro Saint Rennes, est le vrai atout de l’appartement. A deux pas de tous les commerces, restaurants, boutiques et bars. Il ne faut pas s’attendre à un silence absolu mais toutes les soirées se finissent aux alentours d’1h. Parfait pour profiter de la vie rennaise de centre ville

Pasamos cuatro días en Rennes, una bonita ciudad facíl de pasear y cerca para visitar la Normandía. La casa está muy bien ubicada, en pleno centro, con muchos bares cercanos y mucho ambiente.
