Bedrooms & Bathrooms
This peaceful and stylish retreat boasts gentle interiors, as well as the home’s raw beauty takes on a refined, elegant role; modestly gorgeous and casually grand.

The first bedroom of the Villa is located on the ground floor, featuring one double bed. This bedroom is lightened up with natural light from the window. Additionally, the first bathroom sits on this floor, featuring an overhead rainfall shower with cabin.

The further two bedrooms of Villa Inn are located on the first floor, the former featuring one double bed and the latter with two single beds, both of them with direct access to balconies with comfy sittings. The bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. There is a further bathroom on the first floor featuring a shower cabin for those who wish to relax after a long day of exploration!

What’s more, two more guests can be accommodated in two folding beds, located in the two double bedrooms or in the living room area.

Outside
Villa Inn is set in 300 m2 outdoor area with a private swimming pool (1,50 metres deep) and a 50m2 lawn covered area. The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun! BBQ facilities are also available, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple in the lovely shaded outdoor dining area.

Moreover, an elliptical machine is available outdoors, alongside the pool, for those who don’t want to get out of shape during their holiday. And for the explorers, two electrical bikes will also be available, offering endless hours of fun & adventure.

Last but not least, for families with a baby on board, our unique luxury baby-friendly Villa provides luxury self-catering with safety, comfort and parents in mind. An outdoor playground is available for our younger guests to enjoy! What’s more, the veranda is gated in order to be separated from the pool area.

For Relaxation
There really is no need to venture too far. Spend your summer days laying by the pool, enjoying mint-infused drinks on the lawn, read your favourite book in the living room, or gather together around the al fresco kitchen, barbecue filling the air, as the day loses its heat and darkens to twinkling skies.

Practicalities
There is free parking space inside the Villa’s premises for two cars (one of them is covered). The property is well-equipped with all the mod cons; Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso machine (capsules “Tassimo” brand) & Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Food Processor (Multi), Kettle, Toaster, Sandwich Maker, Dishwasher, Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, Safety Box, open plan fully equipped kitchen!

Villa Inn is located in the picturesque village of Sfakaki which in recent years has evolved into a very popular seaside resort, as it combines all the features for both vacations and permanent accommodation.

The village has a wonderful, long, sandy beach, just 10 minutes walking from the villa, which is famous for the fact it is chosen by Caretta Caretta Sea turtle, which is an endangered species, for its reproduction. The beach is also ideal for sunbathing, swimming and water sports! Enjoy the well known greek sun and sea all day long!

Sfakaki is special specifically for another reason too: its has a variety of shops such as a super market, a bakery and a pharmacy, that are within hand’s reach, making ideal for a car free holiday! You can taste the well known traditional Cretan and Mediterranean cuisine in the local tavernas and restaurants, have your coffee in one of the many beach bars on the coast or go for a drink in one of the small bars.

Also in Stavromenos and Skaleta just 5 minutes away by car, guests will find a butcher shop, an ATM machine and a petrol station.

Additionally, its proximity to the highway, makes it easy to move around and travel almost anywhere in Crete and explore the amazing landscape and beautiful rustic villages! It is only 15 minutes’ drive away from the city of Rethymno and 1 hour (70 Kms) from the International Airport of Heraklion.
