This property and staff was amazing for the week I stayed there. The staff is very nice, everything I tried from the room service menu was very good. Breakfast in the morning is very good. When I am in the area, I will definitely be staying here again.

Good Rooms, but poor management.
Room itself was very Nice, comfortable. Food Quality was good, Breakfast was nice. Being a Carlson group hotel I expected much better. They were not aware of my reservation, No Towels in room, No Toiletries, Stinking room. I ordered Thai Curry and they called and said not available, a lot of dishes were unavailable.

Location is pathetic,staff was ok,room size was too small as per brand and rates,over all it was pathetic deal as compare to others available deals in the market on weekdays.Over all it was disaster and nightmare and total shocking.
