The hotel was in a great location. I was a bit disappointed with the attentiveness of the staff. Nothing horrible , just expected a bit more I guess. Housekeeping was not very attentive. I feel like at a hotel of this quality I shouldn’t need to keep asking for things that went unnoticed. Other than those minor complaints the hotel is very centrally located with bus stop 9 being very easy to get to for all our excursions and airport transfer.

From the time we arrived way before checkin to time of checkout everyone was extremely kind, welcoming and genuinely cared about us. We were able to check in 5 hrs early, which was greatly appreciated. The front deck personnel were concerned about our welfare and always suggested ways to enjoy our stay. Kudos to Violeta who always went above and beyond. She made our stay as great as it was.

Located in the downtown walking area with plenty of nice shops and restaurants. A few blocks away was the pick up area for the various day tours, which was super convenient - it was a 5 minute walk. All very convenient for 2 people without a car.
