Hotel front entrance can use some repairs. Lobby is crowded, dark and unwelcoming. There’s only one elevator. Although our queen room is spacious, it is extremely dark and can use higher voltage lighting. The bathroom has minimal amenities. Missing are: Kleenex, wash cloths, conditioner, lotions, bath mat. The shower floor is extremely slippery and has no grab bars. Water can get out on the floor.

Breakfast buffet was great! Not really much in the area but had a yummy salad at the Deli next door to hotel. Bonus was shuttle to airport.

Ok hotel reasonably close to hotel. Problem is shuttle runs morning only. Arrived in afternoon and had $35 cab ride to hotel. Closer hotels available.

The area around the hotel is confusing, it looks like it's in the middle of apartment buildings. Fortunately they have a large sign. It looks like the building is undergoing construction/remodeling, so it looks a bit sketchy from the street. The room is very roomy - maybe too roomy given the amount of furniture (not enough). The temperature was a bit hot, but there was no option for a lighter blanket, only the duves.

Room was very spacious. Bed comfy. Bath updated. Lobby, hallways and room were very dark. Glad free shuttle was offered, but would be more convenient if the shuttle to airport ran later than 4:00a.m. - 10:00 a.m. to accommodate a variety of flight times
