Very convenient location, near bus stop for all tours. Loved the VIP treats - macaron plate, the spa access and the rooftop bar. The breakfast buffet is worth it

Clean and comfortable! A convenient stay for a weekend. You can hear a lot of noise from above and adjacent rooms but it didn't bother us and we slept fine because the beds are very comfy. Water was geothermal. Front desk staff super friendly and helpful.

The property was located in a very convenient spot in the downtown area. The building itself was very nice. The room was a little cramped and being on the second floor the noise from outside was very noticeable. The bed had 2 large divits from previous guests that made it hard to get comfortable. The toilet paper was similar to 300 grit sandpaper. Overall good experience but expected more for what we paid.

Bathroom area and shower are tiny with no water pressure. When I say tiny….the shower was 3 by 3 feet with a swinging glass door that didn’t even seal the shower. Pathetic.

Located in front of Harpa Concert Hall, this place is wonderful. Be sure to rent a room overlooking the bay area as waking up to that view gives you a sense of peace. It is also walking 2 mins away from Arnarholl and 5 mins away from the city centre. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are small but very functional. Theres a couple of nicks in the walls that may affect the aesthetic and the shower set up is odd for a foreigner... but overall love it and would 10 out of 10 recommend it again. When I eventually return to Reykjavik, I will definitely book it there again.

Close to town, safe, clean, has a restaurant on the top floor and a spa area to relax. Best feature in the hotel? The staff. Anything you need, any help, any issues they are amazing! They make great suggestions for whatever you’re looking to do, call for transportation quickly, give great directions..A at this hotel.
