Very impressive- one night stay with kids. Found free parking within 5min walk. Spa was small but very good. Breakfast was plentiful and perfectly nice. Free drinks from Expedia gold membership were a really nice bonus. I would recommend at the price point.

We come before our check in to store our luggages , the reception was so great to welcome us and it was my daughter birthday they bring to our room cake and bloom , the spa was amazing specially when u come from cold , the restaurant was excellent with 10% discounts for the customers of staying in the hotel with free dessert for the brithday girl, thank you so much u make us the most experience in Iceland

We had such a nice stay here in December and I was so grateful to have chosen this hotel. The customer service was great. The staff was so helpful and friendly from start to finish. The cleaning staff was very kind, the front desk personnel was so helpful and professional, the restaurant staff was great, even the bartender was amazing and helpful. We felt very welcomed and well taken care of. The breakfast buffet had lots of options. There are lockers for luggage in case you need to store luggage as you wait for a room or after checking out. The water stayed hot in the shower. The room was clean. The spa was a great experience. Free parking was nearby, just down the block. The cafe attached to it was amazing. The lobby is cute and cozy. WiFi worked well. We were even able to see the Northern Lights from our bedroom window!!! The only minor issues were that the beds weren’t that comfortable but they were okay. Also, we weren’t able to get Netflix to work while we were there.

Comfortable and stylish room, great service
Amazing stay in Reykjavik! The service was excellent, the spa facilities were clean and very relaxing, and the room was comfortable with a great view from the balcony. Everywhere was an easy walk away. Our only tiny criticism is that the lights were very dim, so getting around the room was a bit tricky in the dark, but otherwise our stay was perfect.

Very good value for money. Reception staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The bar area was comfortable and festive, and the spa area very relaxing. We were given a lovely room with a view over the port area of town; the bed was comfortable, the shower very good and we had everything we needed from a hotel room. We would stay again.

So… don’t get me wrong, the hotel and reception staff were ace. The only gripe we had, which is important because it starts the day off… was the hot breakfast options….. The breakfast may have been “included in the price” but that doesn’t mean it was not taken into consideration with the room fees…… The hot options were terrible…. The cardboard cold hash brown things…. The watery boil in a bag “scramble egg” the cold hard boiled egg and the concrete consistency porridge…. Were absolutely disgusting… The cold selection was good/adequate… And because the price of the breakfast is most likely added into the room price- surely that means the food is paid for… therefore if you want to take things away- that should be acceptable like in every other hotel we have stayed in over the world…. We were told we could not take any food out of the breakfast room…. No reason- was just told- we can’t do it… I’m sorry but it’s paid for therefore we should be able to do as we please?? We were embarrassed by a member of staff in front of other residents which was great!! Was not best pleased at all…
