Torn in giving four stars instead of five. Staff and manager deserve six stars. Nice sauna. Good location. But rooms are really basic for the price, to the point of rickety furniture. We had to change rooms. Quiet though. But brought the overall down to four stars.

This hotel is outstanding! Perfectly located within walking distance of downtown, it offers easy access to a wide variety of restaurants and local attractions. Parking is hassle-free, and the on-site spa is a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The staff are warm, attentive, and truly go above and beyond. The room was very clean and organized. my only complaint was the tv wasn’t working. the staff were so kind and helpful! the area it was around was nice and quiet but the parking situation was a bit weird as there was construction the time i was there. otherwise had such a great stay. the spa is beautiful!!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Loved the spa. Although the property is not at the center of the town, it is about 10 minutes walk to rainbow street and shopping/dinning area. We stayed in Iceland one night but will definitely go back.

We were given a lovely suite which was great for our needs as we had our adult daughter with us. We did have to change our last night but they were very good moving our luggage for us. Spa was nice. Bar area great. Parking was not explained properly by first clerk but the second one told us that we could park for free at the Whale Watching across the street which saved us a lot of money. Great location.
