Our room was really more of a suite. It was very spacious which was good. It was a bit of a weird layout as the bedroom was up 3.1 steps. Yep, there were 3 full steps, then a bit more. The bathroom also had a large raised threshold you really needed to step over. We were quite happy to have gotten away without stubbing a toe at noght. This room was not accessible, right down to the steps to to the main door. That aside it would have been a good spacious room as a home base...provided you are a sound sleeper. Our room looked onto the inner courtyard which meant there was a bright light outside our window (no blackout curtains) and there was a fairly audible mechanical hum, almost like a dryer was constantly running. It was a good white noise machine. ;-)
We really liked the decor, space, and comfort of the room. It also has a really central location which is hard to beat. We didn’t like a couple of featured as noted above. We may have just gotten a special room though and others would have had less issues.
Wed recommend you check that you received an accessible room if that is a consideration.
