Very nice and clean. Staff was great. Breakfast had good variety. Just the lack of parking. Apparently I had to reserve parking but wasn’t notified of such upon reserving room.

Our room was really more of a suite. It was very spacious which was good. It was a bit of a weird layout as the bedroom was up 3.1 steps. Yep, there were 3 full steps, then a bit more. The bathroom also had a large raised threshold you really needed to step over. We were quite happy to have gotten away without stubbing a toe at noght. This room was not accessible, right down to the steps to to the main door. That aside it would have been a good spacious room as a home base...provided you are a sound sleeper. Our room looked onto the inner courtyard which meant there was a bright light outside our window (no blackout curtains) and there was a fairly audible mechanical hum, almost like a dryer was constantly running. It was a good white noise machine. ;-) We really liked the decor, space, and comfort of the room. It also has a really central location which is hard to beat. We didn’t like a couple of featured as noted above. We may have just gotten a special room though and others would have had less issues. Wed recommend you check that you received an accessible room if that is a consideration.

Great location in city center. Very comfortable room with small kitchen. We could hear some noise from other rooms but didn’t bother us. We were allowed to check in early which was super helpful after red eye flight. Super nice staff.

The location is great if you want to be close to shops and bars / restaurants! However, there was zero parking near the hotel which would have been nice to know before we arrived. The desk clerk gave us a QR code to try to find a parking spot which was very confusing and he really was no help. The shower didn’t drain and we had 4 people needing a shower so we were frustrated.

The hotel is wonderfully located. Information on parking is poor and we need to drive around the centre to find a space to leave the car overnight. Unfortunately our studio apartment had an entrance from the outside common area with windows on that space which made it impossible to keep the curtains open. None of this is mentioned on the website and if it was I would have made different choice. It was our last night in Iceland and unfortunately not the best one. We will definitely come back again but not to this hotel.

Right near the rainbow road this property has excellent access to everything you might need. The only complaint I have is that there are no laundry facilities on site, there is a laundromat nearby though so this is a minor inconvenience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good and the location was excellent.

Loved the area for convenience to everything, but hated the loud thumping music above me until 2 am. It was either a pub or nightclub or bar. MD sit near impossible to sleep & I had been up for over 24 hours. Annoying!
