Great, convenient location

Wonderful staff and excellent location. We needed to be near the BSI bus station and it was only a 15 min walk and then only about 20-30 mins walk to downtown. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Very clean! I would stay here again. They also provide lockers for free to store our hiking gear which was really great.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. We like it because it is walking distance to town but not in town. We love the lobby area and spend a lot of time there after a full day of sightseeing. The spa is quiet and relaxing with a pool, hot tub and sauna to use after your massage. Everything in Iceland is expensive and we found the restaurant to be above our budget.

We loved the Berjaya Natura. Close to Perlan and the geothermal beach, very good dinner and breakfast option, maybe lacking variety, but then it was enough to keep us very very well fed for dinner and breakfast. Staff are generally lovely and go out of their way to help. Be aware the children are not really allowed in the pool area which is one of the reason to choose the hotel. They are allowed over lunchtime, which is generally when you'll be out

Does not recommend if you don’t rent a car.

Hotel services good. But beds in the room are terrible. Can’t sleep or fit on these twin beds. Room was very congested and you can barely walk. Side tables are so tiny that you can’t keep your small personal stuff like phone, wallet etc. Secondly the location of the hotel is not great if you don’t rent a car as it is far away from main amenities like food shops.

The people at the reception were friendly and accommodating. They were able to adjust the benefit I received and gave me an upgrade to an airport view room. Even though it can accommodate 2 people, closet space was only for 1.
