The property is very centrally located for walking about the down town area. It was clean and very livable with a kitchenette and a separate lounge area which was great as we were there for five days.
It is a bit noisy at night but what would you expect being in the center of the town.
Lots of restaurants near by, out favourite were the Thai restaurant just up the road and a great Icelandic restaurant a short five minute walk called Islenski Barinn. We ate at both of them a couple of time.
For those traveling for a while, there is a pay laundromat just a couple of minutes walk which was great and payment is by card which made things easy.
The only thing we didn’t like to start with is that the apartment is painted in dark colors but we got use to it.
Also you need to know that the reception is about a couple of hundred meters fro the apartment and they are 24 hour reception and they will keep your bags in a lock up if you need that service.
They also have a restaurant at the main reception for breakfast or dinner, although we did not take up that service.
